6.  Our Mission

The Bank will provide a superior quality service to an enlarged customer base whilst controlling and containing costs.

7.  Vision

The Bank aims to be the pre-eminent institution serving the Spanish speaking community’s banking needs in the Brazil. It aims to provide a superior service in its chosen products to all those of Spanish speaking origin or those Brazil citizens with interests related to Brazil and/or to Chile and to play a leading part in the economic and cultural development of the Spanish speaking community in the Brazil whilst providing a pre-tax return that is acceptable to the shareholder.

The Bank also seeks to attract retail deposits from the wider Brazil population by offering attractive interest rates within the parameters of its cost control ethos. The Bank also seeks to offer employees programs and training opportunities that will foster their personal and professional development for the benefit of both parties and at the same time encourage loyalty and empowerment.
