10.4. Leadership

1)     Develop and communicate to employees the company’s “Vision” and the objectives to meet that vision. Weekly Senior Management Meeting (with information sheets being distributed to staff) and monthly Marketing Management Meetings and Operational Management Meetings will continue. Regular branch visits by the Executive will be undertaken and a “suggestions box” concept re-introduced for staff to contribute ideas for product or process improvements with possible financial incentives.
2)     Review and improve the effectiveness and distribution of responsibilities of the organisation’s management and undertake any necessary training.

3)     Stimulate and encourage empowerment particularly among the management.
