           The Bank is reliant on the services provided by its clearing bank, ABCD Bank. It should be noted that ABCD do not charge the Bank account fees and no account has been taken in the Budget of the possible introduction of such fees which when last charged were some $100,000 a year. The Bank depends on ABCD to provide clearing services to the Banks customers. The quality of this service can vary from time to time.  There is a strong possibility that ABCD Group in Brazil and the USA will become a significant competitor, as is the present case in Chile. The Bank will retain and possibly develop its relationship with DFGH Banking Group.

In this respect the Bank will also continue to review alternative providers in New York as we have done in the Canada with business being conducted through Bank of HJKL.
