1)     Implement effectively the new Staff Performance Development appraisal procedure.
2)     Continue to enhance the training programme in the Bank.
3)     Work towards introducing a “Quality” culture in the Bank.
4)     Align the staff resource with policies and strategies and review regularly.
5)     Manage recruitment, with a focus on marketing personnel, and career development to ensure better staff competence.
6)     Ensure fairness in all terms of employment including equal opportunities.
7)     Continue to review and up-date business unit and individual objectives and job descriptions.
8)     Encourage team spirit.

9)     Ensure that specialist and key staff are rewarded appropriately.
